How eventcheckin works
Upload the guest list.
Make an Excel list of visitors. The information it contains is the same information available at reception and in subsequent reports. Sometimes this is only the company, name and first name. At other times it may include the department and a customer number from the CRM system. It could also include any desired food or the table where they will sit. The system automatically adapts to the information provided.

Configure the screens on the basis of the loaded information.
Decide which fields you want to search, what information you want to display on the detail screen, and what information you want to record for unexpected guests.
Synchronising tablets and/or smartphones
Start the app and wait for the information to synchronise. You're now ready to start reception. If there is an Internet connection (wifi, 3G, 4G), the different items will synchronise and you will see on tablet A if anyone has checked in on tablet B. If the connection drops out, you can continue working but the devices will not synchronise until the connection is restored.
Confirming visitors at reception
You can identify visitors by entering the initial letters of their company, name or first name. If confirmations have been sent with barcodes, they can also be checked in using a scanner.
Recording who was present or did not show up
During and after the event, you will have statistics on the number of people present and the no-shows, as well as a detailed list of who was present, absent or added at the event.
